Do I need Sanfu Tie?

We offer the Clinical Evaluation Form for you

We are entering the hottest days of the year—the peak of summer energy (15/07/2026-23/08/2026). In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this is the golden annual window for "Winter Disease Prevention in Summer" (冬病夏治). By aligning with nature's seasonal cycle, we can effectively treat and prevent chronic winter ailments triggered by deep-seated cold and dampness.

Drawing upon my 30 years of clinical experience, I have developed a quick health assessment questionnaire to help you discover if Sanfu Therapy is right for you or your family.

Sanfu Tie Treatment Plan for 2026

“Treat Winter Illnesses in Summer”

📅 Sanfu Days Schedule for 2026 (UK Time)

In 2026, the Sanfu period falls between July 15 and August 23. There are three key days to apply the patches:

🔁 Optional booster(夏至开穴 ): June 21-July 14, 2026 (Reinforcement Day if symptoms are chronic)

1️⃣First Fu (初伏): 15/07-24/07, Start of Sanfu – opens Yang channels

2️⃣Middle Fu (中伏): 25/07-13/08, Deepest phase – optimal absorption

3️⃣Last Fu (末伏): 14/08-23/08, Seal Yang Qi – prevent autumn illness

🔁 Optional booster: August 23, 2026 (Reinforcement Day if symptoms are chronic)

🌿 Why Timing Matters

The Biological Window for Healing

The core philosophy of Sanfu Therapy lies in TCM’s Chronomedicine (天人合一 )—synchronizing human healthcare with nature's seasonal cycles.

Modern science proves that our body operates on profound circadian and seasonal biological clocks. The Sanfu period (the peak of mid-summer) marks the absolute annual peak of your body's circulation, cellular metabolic rate, and open pores. Think of it as nature's ultimate "Open Window" for cellular absorption.

During these specific weeks, your body's internal natural healing response is at its maximum potential.

Applying the highly concentrated herbal plasters precisely during this peak window allows the warming therapeutic ingredients to penetrate the deepest layers of your systems, neutralizing deep-rooted chronic cold-dampness that usually triggers winter flare-ups.

Because this biological "treatment window" opens only once a year for a limited number of days, clinic slots and freshly formulated herbal batches must be strictly scheduled. Once the Sanfu window closes, this specific systemic reset cannot be replicated until the following year.
