Late Summer Wellness & Sanfu Tie Program
“Strengthen the Root – Harmonise Earth”

Late summer is governed by the Earth Element in TCM—your Spleen & Stomach, the foundation of energy and immunity.

 Who can benefit from this?

Sanfu Tie, also known as “Dog Days Herbal Plasters,” is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatment applied during the hottest days of the year (Sanfu Days). Based on the TCM principle of “treating winter diseases in summer”, this therapy uses warming herbal patches applied to key acupuncture points to boost yang energy, strengthen immunity, and expel cold and damp from the body.

It is particularly effective for people who suffer from chronic or recurring conditions that worsen in cold weather.
